SUBJECT: situation concerning the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency

Dear Customers and Collaborators,

we believe it is important to update you about the situation we are currently facing because of
the spread of the COVID-19 virus and the consequent containment measures issued with the
Decrees of March 8th and 11th by Italian Council of Ministers.
First of all, we inform you that we are all fine. In accordance with the law provisions and
safety recommendations, we have adopted a series of internal measures to protect the health of
our workers and collaborators, guaranteeing regular business operations.
In Italy, as well as in other countries, the situation is serious and difficult, but we are hopeful
and optimistic about a progressive improvement, thanks to the actions of containment
implemented in order to block the spread of the infection and through the collective
cooperation.
We are aware of the emergency period we are all experiencing and, for this reason, we want to
ensure full support for all your needs regarding our collaboration.
As in any crisis period, we consider this one an opportunity to plan activities that can allow us,
at the end of the restriction period, to resume our work with further energy and spirit of great
positivity.
